Job Description
Priority Group Services seeks a full-time, contract Phone Operator to work remotely from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST. The operator will coordinate program administration, make outbound calls to clients and referral sources, serve as the primary client contact, schedule and conduct interviews for HHAs and nurses, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and produce presentations and reports. Additional duties include assisting HR with onboarding and scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and supporting special projects.
- Required: proven customer service, cold-calling, and office coordination experience; strong verbal and written communication; MS Office proficiency; excellent time management and professionalism.
- Home care or healthcare experience is a plus. Compensation: ₦150,00 per month.
