Job Description
FLEXI MFB is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Phone Collection Agent to support Customer Finance and Recovery. The role involves conducting on-site follow-ups and phone collections for customers with outstanding balances, negotiating repayment plans, securing settlements, and accurately recording all interactions in compliance with FCCPC and company policies.
- Target-driven position requiring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Accurate data entry, integrity, and the ability to manage difficult conversations are essential
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc in a related field; prior experience in collections, customer service, telesales, or call centers is advantageous
Contract role. Compensation: ₦150,00–₦180,00 per month.
