Job Description
LD&D Consulting seeks a refined Personal Executive Assistant to support a high‑profile Creative Director across luxury lifestyle and design brands. Full‑time, onsite in Lagos. Competitive pay: ₦200,00/month.
- Manage calendar, travel and logistics; coordinate events, exhibitions and client experiences.
- Prepare hospitality and environments; liaise with clients, vendors and collaborators.
- Take minutes, track follow‑ups; draft communications and presentations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, anticipate needs; uphold luxury hospitality standards.
Requirements: 2–3 years in creative, design, lifestyle or events; excellent communication, emotional intelligence, organization; tech‑savvy with G Suite, scheduling tools and WhatsApp Business; professional, discreet and trustworthy.
