Job Description
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while providing timely reminders. This role includes booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as managing travel itineraries.
Additional responsibilities involve answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and drafting correspondence. The candidate will also organize and manage events, handling logistics, catering, and guest lists.
Running errands, maintaining discretion with sensitive information, and being adaptable to changing demands are crucial. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact between the principal and various parties.
