Job Description
Trinity Financial is seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. In this pivotal role, you will manage personalized administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients.
- Screen phone calls and manage calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and deliver presentations as needed.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
