Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive at The Candid Solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the executive’s schedule, handle correspondence, and provide essential support while ensuring confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and tasks.
- Ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Handle correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain discretion with confidential information.
- Assist with tasks requiring attention.
- Support the executive at external events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree; PA diploma is a plus.
