Job Description
TeamAce is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient time management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communications and scheduling for the Managing Director.
- Maintain the Managing Director’s calendar.
- Prepare confidential reports and presentations.
- Facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Local residents of Lekki Phase 1 preferred.
- Proactive and resourceful.
Salary: N180,00 per month.
