Job Description

Philban Consulting Ltd is in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Office Administrator to provide support to our Managing Director, who operates remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in software tools including Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities encompass email monitoring, diary management, supplier registration facilitation, administrative support, and upholding high customer service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month

Qualifications: A Higher National Diploma is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience as an Admin Officer required, and candidates must reside near Ikeja.
