Job Description
Morning Crown Star Ventures is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our executives in Lagos. This full-time position involves effectively managing schedules, organizing appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements to enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate travel itineraries and accommodations.
- Prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas and assembling materials.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Perform administrative duties and maintain organized records.
- Conduct research and compile relevant information as needed.
- Assist with personal errands when required.
Qualifications: A minimum of OND and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
