Job Description
Mapemond Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant to support an executive with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communication for the executive, including phone calls and emails.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Location: Alakahia, Rumuosi, and surrounding areas
Work Schedule: 4 days per week
Salary: ₦40,00 per month
