Job Description
H.I Real Estate Development Limited is currently looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to enhance our executive operations. This position involves managing calendars, overseeing correspondence, organizing property files, and preparing reports pertinent to real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will conduct site visits, coordinate with engineers and contractors, assist in property listings and marketing efforts, and arrange travel logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software is required, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
