Job Description
We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner at eRecruiter. The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks, schedules, and daily operations, enabling the Managing Partner to concentrate on high-priority responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for events and travel commitments.
- Take notes and draft minutes from meetings.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Run business errands as needed.
- Handle confidential information discreetly.
- Prepare reports and organize files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of PA/EA experience.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
