Job Description

We seek a professional, discreet Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director with executive, administrative, and organizational duties. Responsibilities include managing calendars and appointments, arranging travel, handling confidential correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, liaising with teams and stakeholders, tracking tasks and timelines, and occasional personal errands.

• Qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–4 years PA experience.
• Skills: advanced MS Office and Google Workspace; proven executive calendar management; highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and calm under pressure.
• Terms: full-time, in-person. Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00/month. Expected start date: January 20, 2026. Application deadline: January 12, 2026.
