Job Description

We seek a proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an executive, including calendar management, travel and accommodation arrangements, correspondence, research, and daily administrative tasks. Key duties include coordinating schedules, booking travel, preparing briefings and reports, managing communications, and liaising with internal and external contacts. The ideal candidate has at least two years of PA or executive assistant experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, discretion with confidential information, strong time-management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
