Job Description:
We are seeking a People Success Lead to develop and enhance our HR processes within a fast-growing startup. Candidates should have at least 5 years of HR/People Operations experience, particularly in startups. Key tasks include designing L&D programs, promoting culture initiatives, and overseeing HR functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; professional HR certifications are preferred. Experience in PropTech and familiarity with Nigerian labor laws are advantageous.
