Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated People & Culture Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will design and support culture-building initiatives, coordinate training programs, maintain accurate personnel records, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role requires excellent communication, discretion, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem solving. Prior human resources experience and familiarity with employment law are preferred.
