Job Description
Tespire LLC, located in Abuja, is on the lookout for a full-time People & Culture Lead. In this dynamic hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing employee engagement and cultivating cultural initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, managing the recruitment process, and addressing employee relations matters. Additionally, you will coordinate wellness programs and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
To qualify, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with robust skills in HR management, employee relations, and training development. Experience in the tech sector will be considered an advantage.
