Job Description
We are seeking a professional Patient Services Representative to provide a welcoming front-desk experience, manage appointment scheduling, verify insurance coverage, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records in a busy clinic setting.
Qualifications and expectations:
- High school diploma; 1+ year customer service or medical office experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
