Job Description
Prestigious Consulting is looking for a committed HMO / Front Desk Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will oversee HMO-related procedures and ensure the front desk operates seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, manage inquiries, verify HMO eligibility, register patients, address complaints, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Requirements: An OND/HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field, at least one year of experience in the healthcare sector, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: N120,00 per month.
