Job Description

We seek a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient intake, appointment scheduling, and clear communication between patients and clinical teams, ensuring efficient operations and a respectful, supportive patient experience.

  • Book and confirm appointments; coordinate referrals and authorizations.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and maintain accurate medical records in EMR systems.
  • Address patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, facilitating timely care coordination.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of healthcare administration experience, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with EMR platforms, and a patient-centered attitude.
