Job Description
UNCLE T’S RESTAURANT seeks a full-time Pastry Chef to lead and manage its pastry section in collaboration with the culinary team. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting a variety of baked goods; decorating pastries for attractive presentation; monitoring and ordering ingredients, supplies, and equipment; consulting with clients on custom desserts for special occasions; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; identifying staffing needs and recruiting and training team members; and developing seasonal recipes while staying current with pastry trends. Compensation: ₦100,00.00–₦150,00.00 per month.
