Job Description
We are seeking a Pastoral Trainee to assist our ministry in worship planning, pastoral care, youth programs, outreach, and administrative duties. The trainee will shadow pastors, lead small-group Bible studies, prepare brief devotionals, and support event coordination.
- Qualifications: foundational theological training or current seminary enrollment; strong communication and interpersonal skills; a servant’s heart.
- Schedule: availability for evenings and weekends as required.
