Job Description
Humanify Consulting seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations at our Garki, Abuja location. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, strong financial performance, and an outstanding guest experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain service standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve consistency.
- Meet sales and profitability targets; manage cash and inventory.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications: 1–3 years in restaurant or hospitality management; excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency with POS systems and financial reporting.
Salary: N150,00 net/month
