Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Administrative, Logistics, and Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive support for daily office functions. Core responsibilities include data entry, document preparation, scheduling and taking minutes; procuring and tracking equipment and supplies; issuing work orders and recording outcomes; assisting with budget allocation, expense tracking, and cost estimates; resolving staff and customer issues; and contributing to performance reviews and operational reports.
- Required: relevant degree and residence near Ajah.
- Skills: strong communication, teamwork, record-keeping, problem-solving, and customer service.
- Experience: administrative, logistics, or operations roles preferred.
- Compensation: ₦180,00–₦200,00 per month.
