Job Description
ENEJ Supermarket, a leading retail establishment located in Lekki/Eleganza, Lagos, is on the lookout for an Operations Supervisor. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of N150,00 and includes accommodation.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and support staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to mitigate stock loss. The ideal candidate will also engage with customers and ensure the store’s aesthetics are well-maintained.
Candidates should have an HND or B.Sc Degree, along with 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in retail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
