Job Description
Trax Apparel is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our business operations and formulate strategic initiatives. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary between ₦300,00.00 and ₦500,00.00.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- A strong background in scaling operations for small to mid-sized organizations (<100 employees) in emerging markets.
- Experience in garment manufacturing, fashion production, or similar fields.
Preferred qualifications are:
- An undergraduate degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the African fashion industry.
- Availability to travel up to 75% of the time.
