Job Description
Stratify Consults invites applications for a full-time Operations Manager to join a small business (fewer than 10 employees) in Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos. Salary: ₦160,00–₦200,00/month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and scheduling
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and maintain quality control
- Manage inventory, budgets, resources, and expense tracking
- Prepare basic operational reports and ensure compliance
Requirements: proven operations or administrative management experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to multitask and work independently, basic financial and reporting knowledge, and effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
