Job Description
Nya Clothing, a Nigerian fashion house blending French tambour embroidery with African craftsmanship, seeks an organized, detail-driven Operations Manager to run studio production. You will oversee inventory (fabrics, beads, trims, finished pieces), track production timelines, coordinate seamstresses, beaders and external artisans, streamline workflows, monitor stock and support collection planning. Requirements: strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple moving parts, experience in operations, logistics or project management preferred; recent graduates with strong administrative skills welcome.
