Job Description
Our client, C-Restructure, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Human Resource Officer to enhance our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage employee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll.
Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing operational reports.
Qualifications: Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software; minimum of 2 years in operations or HR; residency in Ogba or nearby.
