Salary: ₦9.6 Million Annual Gross
Location: Lagos
Role Overview: The Operations Manager at DISTRITECH INTEGRATED SYSTEMS will lead our logistics, warehouse, and retail operations across Nigeria. This pivotal position is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost management, and exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will actively focus on optimizing processes, enhancing performance, and facilitating scalable solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership in multi-location operations in sales distribution and commercial supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving efficiency through process innovation
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or supply chain environments is preferred
