Job Description
Interswitch is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to facilitate accurate and timely delivery of operations services on the Interswitch Network. The ideal candidate will manage settlement computation, dispute operations, and routine report delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Settling switched transactions and processing billing.
- Handling arbitration, chargeback processing, and exception investigation.
- Delivering daily, weekly, and quarterly reports.
- Monitoring airtime stock and managing agent registrations.
Requirements:
- BEng. / BSc. Degree
- 0 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in EFT or accounting principles is a plus.
