Job Description
We are seeking an organized Operations Associate to support daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure operational efficiency. Core duties include coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, tracking inventory, processing orders, preparing reports, and assisting cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of operations or administrative experience, strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools, and proven problem-solving abilities. Reliability, effective prioritization, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment are essential.
