Job Description

Amy Consulting, an Interior Design company based in Abuja, is seeking to hire an Operations & Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will manage stakeholder correspondence, oversee facility operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance staff and manage vendor relationships.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure the functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Engage with regulators and oversee project compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From ₦200,00.00 per month

Location: Abuja (Reliable commute or relocation required)
