Job Description
Amy Consulting, an Interior Design company based in Abuja, is seeking to hire an Operations & Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will manage stakeholder correspondence, oversee facility operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance staff and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct inspections and ensure the functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Engage with regulators and oversee project compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
