Job Description
LEAM Consulting, a leading consulting firm in Nigeria specializing in professional certification training, HR advisory, business development/startup, and IT consulting services, is in search of an Operational Manager. This is a full-time position located in Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budget management, inventory control, and customer service enhancement.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Analyze sales and customer data to drive continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure quality and pricing.
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operational management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: N150,00 per month.
