Job Description

Kennedia Consulting seeks an experienced Operations Manager based in Ajao Estate, Lagos (Full-Time, on-site, Monday–Saturday). You will oversee end-to-end import/export operations and ensure efficient, compliant logistics.

  • Responsibilities: manage air & ocean logistics, procurement, shipment tracking, documentation (HS codes, invoices, packing lists), vendor onboarding and performance, customs coordination, container consolidation, warehouse standards, cost analysis, and weekly reporting to the Executive Director.
  • Requirements: HND or B.Sc. in Logistics or related field; 3–5 years’ experience in import/export or operations leadership; strong customs and freight knowledge; excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Vendor acquisition experience preferred.
  • Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00 monthly.
