Job Description
Turbo Maple International Limited is currently seeking a committed Office Assistant to enhance our delivery operations in Lagos. This full-time role involves monitoring rider activity, coordinating motorcycle maintenance, and facilitating communication between riders and customers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track real-time locations and delivery statuses of riders.
- Proactively communicate with riders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and customers.
- Schedule regular maintenance for company motorcycles.
- Maintain logs regarding rider performance and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE or OND.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle is highly advantageous.
