Job Summary: The NOC Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Network Operations Center, ensuring optimal network performance and availability. This role includes monitoring network infrastructure, managing a team of engineers and technicians, resolving incidents, and ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills, along with a deep understanding of network technologies and telecommunications infrastructure.
