Job Description
We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to provide 24/7 monitoring, incident detection, and first‑line troubleshooting for routers, switches, firewalls, and core services. The role uses NMS/SNMP, syslog, and ticketing systems to identify, escalate, and resolve network incidents, document events, and support change management. Candidates must be comfortable with shift work, on‑call rotations, and clear customer communication.
- Required: 2+ years in NOC or network support; strong TCP/IP, routing, and switching knowledge
- Preferred: CCNA or equivalent certification
- Essential skills: analytical problem solving, attention to detail, and effective teamwork
