Job Description
The Agric&Culture Company, a rapidly growing manufacturer of premium mayonnaise and seasonings, seeks a motivated Neighborhood Sales Officer to increase market share in assigned territories.
- Manage existing accounts and develop prospects across retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Onboard new customers, ensure product visibility and displays, and maintain strong retailer relationships.
- Track sales and submit daily and weekly reports.
Requirements: 2–3 years of food sales experience (condiments preferred); excellent communication and negotiation skills; results-oriented and self-motivated; good knowledge of local routes; advanced Google Sheets proficiency.
