Job Description
We seek a formal, detail-oriented Monitoring, Evaluation & Compliance Officer to design and implement M&E systems, collect and analyze program data, monitor performance, ensure donor and regulatory compliance, and produce accurate reports. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of M&E experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, familiarity with quantitative and qualitative methods, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Develop indicators, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Conduct field visits and data quality checks
- Train staff, manage databases, and support audits
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field preferred
