Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will take charge of designing, implementing, and overseeing our MEL framework, ensuring all project activities are informed by data-driven insights.
The MEL Manager will work closely with project teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators, facilitate learning sessions, and report on the impacts of our initiatives. Excellent communication skills, along with a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative evaluation techniques, are essential for this role.
