Job Description
Eden Solutions and Resources seeks a full-time Mine Superintendent for its Abuja quarry, reporting to the Mine Manager. The Superintendent will coordinate daily mining operations, supervise foremen and operators, and oversee drilling, blasting, loading, hauling and crushing.
Key responsibilities include allocating equipment and manpower, implementing short-term plans, monitoring production metrics, enforcing HSE standards, and managing shifts.
- Experience: 5–10 years in mining/quarrying/drilling/heavy equipment operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Skills: production scheduling, equipment dispatch, drill/blast coordination, shift management, strong leadership, discipline, safety focus and problem-solving.
