Job Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Support Specialist to deliver technical support, system configuration, and end-user training for Dynamics 365/AX/FO environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, managing upgrades and patches, producing clear documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Strong SQL and Power Platform capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-service orientation
- Relevant certifications (Dynamics 365, MB-900/MB-300) preferred
