Job Description
We seek an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) & Research Manager to lead MEL functions and oversee research projects. Responsibilities include designing MEL frameworks and indicators, managing rigorous data collection and analysis, producing evidence-based reports, and promoting adaptive program learning. The manager will supervise staff, coordinate with partners and donors, ensure data quality and ethical standards, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in MEL or research; advanced degree in social sciences;
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; proven experience with R, Stata, or SPSS; excellent report writing and leadership abilities.
