Job Description
e-Clinic & Diagnostic Ltd seeks a full-time Medical Laboratory Scientist to collect, prepare, and analyze blood, urine, tissue, and other specimens. The role involves performing routine and complex testing in hematology, microbiology, immunology, clinical chemistry, and blood banking; operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory instruments; and conducting internal and external quality control to ensure accurate, reliable results. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, possess a valid MLS license, and have 2–5 years of clinical laboratory experience. Strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems, and effective communication skills are required. The position requires collaboration with clinical teams and preparation of technical reports as needed.
