Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is currently seeking an experienced Mechanic II to join our team in Ibadan. This position offers a 3-year renewable contract, with applications closing on June 9, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and service petrol engine Etesia machines and mowing equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on all mechanical machinery.
- Ensure cleanliness in the workshop and maintain tools properly.
- Conduct quality checks on spare parts.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Trade Test II certificate with at least 6 years of experience, or a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
