Job Description
Jobberman (Third Party Recruitment) is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Team Lead to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives for our farm resort located in Abeokuta, Ogun State. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and boosting both private and corporate reservations.
Key Responsibilities: Formulate marketing strategies, execute digital marketing campaigns, cultivate partnerships, oversee brand reputation, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and organize marketing events.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline, a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience (preferably within the hospitality sector), and proficient digital marketing expertise are essential.
Compensation: NGN 500,00 – 600,00 plus commission.
