Job Description
The Striving Empire is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to lead our e-commerce marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales, while ensuring all campaigns align with company goals. Key responsibilities include monitoring marketing campaign execution, assigning departmental tasks, and managing budgets. You’ll enhance brand awareness by engaging with influencers and manage our online communities for positive interaction.
Successful candidates will also coach employees on content creation best practices and oversee customer service on social media channels.
