Job Description
Join First Ally as a Marketing Officer and play a key role in developing and maintaining essential business relationships with both current and potential clients. In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling, converting, and managing new client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and oversee existing accounts
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Expand liability and quality risk assets
- Assess credit applications and monitor loan repayments
Qualifications:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field
- 2-5 years of experience in microfinance
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
