Job Description
Hogan Guards seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition by leading prospecting, pitching, and closing security contracts. You will manage the full sales cycle, maintain the CRM, conduct virtual and in-person meetings, prepare proposals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Build long-term relationships and rapport with key decision-makers across target sectors.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 3+ years in business development within security or related industries; strong knowledge of Nigeria’s security landscape.
